The location here is fantastic, plus they offer free on-site parking.

The location was unbeatable and convenient, just a short walk away from Observation Deck. Really enjoyed our rooms with attention to customers comfort. The staff were very amiable and provided good service.

Well priced and extremely convenient place, I really enjoyed absolutely courteous personnel.

Regarding service, it was good with a shuttle to the airport. The restaurant was good for a paid breakfast at the restaurant which really tasted blaaaaahhhh here, I had outstanding dishes.

The room was outstanding and beautiful. Greatly enjoyed the service; it was excellent. There was a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The location was great; for example, the Observation Deck was just a short stroll away from the hotel. Ate at the attached restaurant near the venue.

The hotel was clean and ideal, had amazingly nice staff and huge rooms. Excellent breakfast with custom omelets was a nice touch. I liked the room with a king size bed, the bed was extremely comfy. The property's location was magnificent to nearby mall. Thank you for the great service you offered me, including shuttle from/to the airport.

Wet "recently cleaned carpet" in room smelled like mold, items missing from bathroom, pool/jacuzzi dirty; outside doors to pool were open which allowed bugs inside, dirty glasses in reception/checkin area, no water to drink available; staff apologetic.

I didn't like that they didn't offer free continental breakfast. They did have breakfast available but I think the price was too high .

The property has a great location with lots of dining options nearby, and the breakfast served was excellent with all meals being decent.

Very modern and clean. Incredibly close to the Albany airport which is why we booked here (6:45 AM flight). The staff was very pleasant and quickly figured out how our reservation for three rooms got goofed up. The restaurant was convenient and surprisingly good. The rooms were very clean and modern -- they have a small microwave and fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker, so that would be great if you're staying longer than we did. It has a 24 hour shuttle to the airport, which we didn't end up using because we had a rental car but a nice amenity.

Carpet in room was obviously not vacuumed. Small bits of paper in many places on rug and particles of food. When I see a room when something so obvious is missed I have to wonder what other areas were not cleaned probably. Makes me think twice about returning.

Far away from town, so there's no place to walk around or nearby restaurants to go to. It would be a great spot if you have an early flight, as it's next to the airport.
